The price

With S = 1.5 × the last price and t = seconds since the last take, the price is

price(t) = 1 + (S − 1) × (3600 − t) / 3600 for the first hour, then 1.

Say someone takes at 10 USDG, so S = 15. After 20 minutes the price is 10.33. After 45 minutes it is 4.50. After an hour it is 1.00.
